The rules for using G Network: what reasonable use looks like, how to collect our data properly, and what happens when use goes beyond that. Last updated 14 October 2026.
G Network (gnetwork.com.au) publishes Australian lottery results, draw history, statistics and tools. We are a data and analytics resource only. We do not sell tickets, take bets or accept entries, and we are not affiliated with The Lott, any lottery operator or any ticket retailer.
These terms apply to the website, member accounts, the data download tool and the developer API at api.gnetwork.com.au. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We publish results as soon as practical after each draw and check them, but errors and delays can happen. The results published by the official lottery operator are the only authoritative record. Always check a ticket with the official operator or your retailer before you claim it or throw it away.
Statistics such as frequencies, hot and cold numbers and odds describe past draws. Every draw is random and independent, and nothing on this site predicts future results or improves your chance of winning. Nothing here is financial or gambling advice.
If gambling is causing harm for you or someone close to you, free and confidential support is available from Gambling Help Online, any time, on 1800 858 858.
Reasonable use is what a person browsing the site, or a well-behaved app using the API, would do. All of this is welcome:
This is not reasonable use:
Using a VPN or a privacy relay for your own browsing is fine. Using one to get around a limit or a block is not.
If you need our data in a program, this is how to get it without running into our limits:
api.gnetwork.com.au/v1 (documentation). Each key allows 60 requests per rolling hour. If you receive HTTP 429, wait for the time in the Retry-After header before trying again.Search engines, and AI assistants fetching a page to answer a person's question, are welcome within our robots.txt. AI agents must also follow these terms: a plain-text copy written for them is at /tos.md. Anyone, or any tool, collecting the dataset in bulk should use the download or the API.
We apply automated rate limits and security checks across the site and the API. API limits are published in the API documentation. Other thresholds are not published and may change without notice.
To protect the service we record, for each request, the IP address, user agent, page requested, referring page and time, and we keep account activity such as sign-ins, downloads, API calls and when you accepted or refused these terms. We use these records to detect scraping, automated abuse and multiple accounts, including the same operator moving between IP addresses.
If use isn't reasonable, we may, with or without notice:
A blocked visitor sees a notice explaining the block. If you think we've blocked you by mistake, contact us with your IP address and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it.
Results data is free for personal, non-commercial use when you get it through the download or the API and follow these terms:
Monetised use isn't allowed yet. Using this service to run your own monetised system isn't allowed yet. Paid commercial access is planned for the future. A monetised system is any product, app, website or service that earns money, for example through sales, subscriptions, advertising, client fees, paid tips or predictions, or reselling data. For now, if you'd like to build something monetised, contact us to ask for temporary permission, and don't launch it until we've agreed in writing. Users found doing so without our written permission or the appropriate billing in place will be banned: the account suspended, API keys revoked and IP addresses blocked.
Our articles, guides, analysis, page design and logo are our own work. Please link to them, or quote short extracts with a credit, rather than copying them.
The site, tools, download and API are provided free and as they are. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of them, including the API and its limits, at any time. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Members will be asked to accept a changed version before they continue, and anyone else using the service after a change accepts the updated terms.
To the extent the law allows, G Network is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the site, the data or the API, including loss caused by an error, omission or delay in results. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
For questions about these terms, temporary permission for monetised use, a higher API limit for a project, or a block you think is a mistake, use our contact form.
